Yes the change is only a change if the 30% proposal has been retracted. You are correct in what you say. But that's exactly what happened. The 30% idea was dropped and the girls told to make a straight choice between Studio 66 and OnlyFans. They can't do both.

i think the hole cam thing is something that has not been talked about enouth on this thread as it really is where it all started back in the summer, end of June if i remember rightly 66 management first big idea to get the girls to make them more money and have more control over what they where doing outside 66,

so having failed to get the girls working a lot more on 66 cams we are where we are now with the latest idea to get more money from the girls,

If Studio 66 girls are going to make an argument for employment based on the Uber case, they would have to argue that they can't get work outside of Studio 66, which of course we know isn't the case.

It's worth adding that the majority of Uber drivers WANTED to be classed as employees. This is not the case with babe channel girls.

This would be particularly tricky for the long term girls because the 2 year rule causes all sorts of issues. There was a change last year where after 2 years companies were obligated to tell HMRC when contractors breached the 2 year boundary. Previously the contractor could take a chance (and indeed you could even get insurance against an IR35 investigation). Caused a lot of my contractors to either renegotiate or leave.

If you contract as a company you've also got to cover things like right of substitution to show you're not a sole trader. It's messy and you have to stay upside of both law changes and HMRC "policy" changes
