They are obviously still working on the website today as they have now got a set of T&C's visible. They do not read well eg Images/videos can only be posted with prior permission (hope you got that Winsaw!)

They also say they can share personal info with third parties and there does not seem to be any way of opting out of this.

No sure I like how they say account funds will forfeited either but as I have no intention of subscribing that won't be a problem for me

I've had the stream running now for 41 minutes and it hasn't timed out.

T&C's say you have to disable automatic billing in your account options.

Anyone buying credits should check that it's not enabled by default.

So months of teasing being something new, yet looking just like a web RLC reincarnated.

Think they should just run a free unlimited service with normal call ins until they fully sort themselves and establish a decent roster. What have they really got at the moment worth subscribing too?

been talking to the guy who runs vntv and he confirmed that people can post caps on this forum,

I don’t doubt you Winsaw but legally your word counts for nothing. They need to change their T&C’s

^ Are you suggesting BS don't retain copyright on their images with such wording somewhere? Arn't VN just covering themselves with this bit you're talking about?
