If you will allow me to indulge you all, I have some MAJOR news perhaps you might call it a fascinating fact . I went to the doctors to talk about a Vitamin B12 deficiency(for which I will need to take supplements for about three months until the next check) BUT she also told me that not only am I under the pre-diabetic level I am in fact diabetes free-in remission if you like after six, long hard years. To say I am happy is an understatement. Anyway just thought you'd like to know which is why I stopped posting on here for a while-well that and being unable to keep up with Carl
Back to normal. Got a few more Christmas bits to come.
