I saw the programme. Carla was apparently sitting naked with her back to an open kitchen window and she toppled backwards according to the drug dealer.This is why she fell on her head which resulted eventually in her death. Both of them were drugged up at the time. I remember the newspaper accounts revealing that the drug dealers girlfriend was also present in the flat but there was no mention of her in the TV programme, unless I missed it. Although she was naked there was no sign of sexual relations but the drug dealer wanted her to strip off. She was also supposed to be working later that day in the evening, I presume in a lap dancing club. She was so drugged up that had she not fallen out of the window she would probably have not made it to work. The newspaper accounts described it as a party, hardly since there were only 2 or 3 people there!
