Manafort has been sentenced to 73 months in jail for his 2nd set of offences with 30 months to run concurrently with the 47 months he got last week.

He will therefore serve a total of 90 months

No news yet on a Trump pardon but some Republicans are saying he should wait until after the 2020 election. Then win or lose he could pardon him and the electorate couldn't punish Trump at the ballot box.

Seperately in New York Manafort has been charged with mortgage fraud and other crimes (Trump cannot pardon those)

Trump has been dragged into the New Zealand mass shooting as the person that had allegedly committed it has said trump is basically a symbol of white supremacy

I get the horrible feeling that there won't be anything that sticks, and what there is that's potentially damning will be brushed off by that 'honest' bunch of enablers and apologists that the Americans are lumbered with. Interesting to keep an eye on though.
