Mmmm well as the Mueller report is being dissected after it was published today it is clear that Trump did try to obstruct justice. The people he instructed though refused to do what he wanted so the obstruction didn't take place.

He also instructed people including Flynn to find Clinton's missing emails (the one's he also publicly asked the Russians to find) and people connected to him paid for such attempts

So in effect the Mueller report was a white wash?
