I couldn't think of names Babelover48 so I just went for the obvious - you missed out Gabriella Muguruza, the Spanish minister (who keeps thinking that Gibraltar is Spain's right) and that fat racist Del Bosco who was Spain's manager. Either way they still took a hell of a beating. I also read that their newspapers really ripped into them - we think our writers are critical of football, in Spain it is almost a religion and they really went for the throat of Barcelona and Valverde might well resign - happy days!

Looks like Ajax (2-0 so far) in the final for Liverpool in Madrid 1st June - unless Spurs can mount a challenge like Liverpool did last night, it's a real mountain to climb, which is odd because there are no mountains in the Netherlands - it's FLAT!

Ajax look a quality side going forward, but Liverpool have a far superior defence to Spurs and won’t give Ajax the easy chances that Spurs have done. Look at the first goal, no one tracks De Ligt’s run. Somehow I don’t see Van Dijk allowing that to happen in Madrid. Have noticed that Ajax look well dodgy at the back which when you think of Liverpool’s pace going forward is gonna give Ajax huge problems.

It's getting very tense, it could go either way yet! Ajax have made errors, Spurs have had chances but it's not going their way...but it ain't over until the whistle goes. What was strange the crowd singing Three Little Birds by Bob Marley-never heard that at a football match before!

So the final score is: AJAX 2-SPURS 3!! (hat-trick Lucas Moura) and Liverpool will play SPURS in the Champions League FINAL in 1st June in MADRID. Now seriously, who saw that coming an hour ago?

An hour ago I didn't think it was possible, but wow!!

Well it's Tottenham, great. We beat Napoli, PSG, Bayern Munich, Porto and Barcelona only to lose to bloody Spurs. God every Liverpool hate will be pissing themselves come the evening of the 1st June. From ecstatic to pretty much despair, within 24 hours. God supporting Liverpool is a bloody rollercoaster.
