I'll definitely be contacting them about how unacceptable this situation is.

But my main approach will be to not spend any money with them anymore.

If I need to interact with the presenters that I like, that still currently work for them.

Then I'll cut out the middle man and pay the host directly.

I think the more of us chip in with a few words...along the lines of what Greeny wrote, the more weight the message to them will carry.
