When oh when are they going to let us hear the girls, in this case Fernanda saying thank you and good night?
Firstly there was this exchange about 20.30:



At 21.00 Fernanda took up the mic, switched the device on using the switch on the handle and appeared to speak to the gallery. She waited for a minute or more as if the gallery were making sure of their settings. That's not surprising, he'd proclaimed all was well not half an hour beforehand; he'd not want to look a dick now. Despite that when she started speaking we only heard music.



When they cut over to Thai her welcome wasn't heard either.

I've noticed that at BS the presenters are sometimes on and off the mic constantly. What's their secret?

I have to admit that there have been several instances when I've been waiting for Fern's shout out at the end of her shift and all I've heard is music and no words from Fern, and to me that spells out that at times someone has acted very unprofessionally behind the scenes.

Anna Arris is supposed to be doing a "webstream" show. There's no webstream. It's a "backstage" show.

Edit: Just to make things more confusing, having been advertised as "web only" Anna is now on television.

I doubt if they will all appear on TV. Studio 66 have recently taken on a lot of girls for cams, some of which may never be given TV shows.

I can only speak for myself. Personally I am not much interested in cams or camgirls. I have only ever cammed with 3 girls from the channels and they had all been TV regulars for some time. So for me to take an interest in a girl, and possibly cam with her, she would have to be a regular TV girl first.

Web-stream is obviously the future so I embrace it and enjoy it, but it needs to run in tandem with a girl appearing on TV.

Personally I don't want to have my lap top on all day to call a girl I want to have the freedom of the TV in background but i can handle it if its split over a girls shifts.

The web used to be a additional bonus after a call something to look forward to, but when its the main option camming on stream is difficult or can be difficult for the girl as she can be dealing with callers at the same time so its hard to totally focus properly on either.

I would say my expenditure will drop if web-stream is too prominent on the girls i call, i also think the channel will lose quality if it doesn't have a balance and will continue a trend of predominately employing girls who just have cam background.

Hoping in time 66 will split each girls shifts across the two mediums or as has happened a few times this week do say 4 hours on TV and 4 hours say on web-stream.

Having spoken to numerous girls about it I know one of the issues with web is losing too many callers from TV, the other is it being too cam driven with the expectations of cammers being high for stronger material (which they understand) but it gives a feeling of pressure to raise their levels.

I know they enjoy the freedom web brings and the opportunity to wear more risque outfits but they will not raise there levels. As web-stream has a different income structure to TV work, there is no pressure from 66 to do so, the web is predominately just another way of viewing the station and not always a blue print for harder material.

Who's this Houdini, sort of appeared from nowhere, I think she's webcam only, seems a bit hot.
