Apparently the President of the United States whilst being driven around London clocked up quite a big bill in congestion charges...good luck for getting that back Sadiq I might add the same thing happened when the Obamas came over AND other big name Americans and we still didn't get that money back either-were the situation reversed it might cause a small conflict as they protest most vehemently at US paying them back

we should be sending him or the US Ambassador a big bill or at least send the sheriffs round to collect the money. Next time he comes over he'd better pay the congestion charge up front from his own pocket before he arrives, whether he is president or not then, otherwise sling him in the Tower YOUR Majesty.
