63UP episodes 2 & 3. Great catching up with the now very grown-up kids and seeing what they were like back then and now. Some dramatically changed like Neil and Symon especially older than they should be, whereas some of the women like Jackie and Sue still pretty good. It was sad to learn that Lynn died from of all things from being hit on the arm by a swing-which caused a series of events that led to her death. One of them Suzy didn't want to take part. John the youngest chinless wonder ever became more philanthropic helping Bulgarians out(he linked to that country) and the former wanderer Neil seems a little calmer, still a lay preacher and a LibDem campaigner. I think out of all of them the most content was Paul who moved to Australia and taxi driver Tony who is also a part time actor. Here's to the next seven years...?

Black Mirror - two of the latest series three episodes.

They were ok, no where near as good as previous series. The one with Miley Cyrus seem to be too short and rushed.

Think the sries as a whole has had its day.

Great Canal Journeys - Asian Odyssey, pt 1 of 2
The Vietnamese Tourist Board strike again, as Tim & Pru visit Ha Long Bay (and possibly the exact same settlement where that Top Gear special ended), then on to Hanoi, before winding up at Hoi An where they get some clothes made (weirdly, Pru appears to pick one design and finishes up with a dress that looks nothing like it).

Been watching Chernobyl on Sky Atlantic. Powerful drama with commanding performances from a star cast. It is brutally realistic and obviously a very grim subject matter. Been an excellent series.

Best of Chewin the Fat
Forgot I recorded this Saturday, that's how keen it is. I'm not sure many of these recurring characters really sustain the laughs to deserve multiple goes.

Larry King Now - Henry Rollins was in fact interviewed by Larry's recent sub, former outrageous comedian Tom Green. This seems a weird about-turn, as if Michael Parkinson was subbed by Jim Davidson or something.

The Planets BBC2 9pm Tuesday's. Watched episode 3 about Jupiter the Godfather planet with Professor Brian Cox. Visually stunning graphics to illustrate things including showing us the amazing planet surfaces. Cox is a great communicator and never dull. This sort of programme is what wide screen television was invented for. Amazing!
