Spoke far too soon bloody wind gripping my side absolute agony, only way to relieve if is to force burp, which luckily I find easy, plus taking an antacid called ENO's which I had to get off the internet because apparently chemists won't sell it as it could be used to make a bomb! You couldn't make it up, and no I don't intend to make one

This is truly ruining my weekend and I was supposed to go with a friend to the Postal Museum in London on his ONE day off from work on Tuesday and now that has been postponed due to my back-damn it!! On the plus side I should be okay midweek and then the following week we are going to see ANGEL HAS FALLEN at the cinema.

Got long term problems with my knees which i’ve had for many years, felt something go in my right knee and my left but also my right ankle totally swollen up so can’t walk at the moment.
