RE: US Election & Presidency
There are now reports that Australian officials have confirmed that Trump asked Australian PM Scott Morrison for help with an investigation into the origins of The Mueller inquiry. The call was restricted to a small number of aides which is against normal protocol.
The Washington Post is also reporting that Attorney General William Barr held meetings with Italian and British intelligence officials in an attempt to seek aide with an investigation into an inquiry. This is particularly bad (I means its all particularly bad) because even though an appointee by the President the attorney general is supposed to be independent, the justice system is not supposed to operate at the will of the President. Comey knew that and it cost him his job.
I think the Democrats need to be careful about the impeachment proceedings, I do think that the process should be extended to the Australia call but they can't let it spread too far. I know there are a lot of calls that this should be a look into everything, tax returns, Stormy Daniels etc but I think that will be a bad move. We know impeachment will fail in Congress because the Republicans will block it, so it will be won or lost in the court of public opinion. Nearly every poll conducted shows that the general American population does not favour impeachment. The pro side will probably see a bounce with these latest revelations but that should not be taken for granted.
If the Dems go after everything it will make Trump's accusations of a witch hunt more viable. People would no doubt ask "what has his taxes got to do with Ukraine?" & "What has Stormy Daniels got to do with Australia?" The whole thing becomes pettifogged, it seems like Dems lost sight of the process, the narrative becomes jarggled & confusing to follow for the average citizen who is not a political buff reading several articles a day on the issue.
Also if they do this process politically where everyone involved appears in front of the House to testify then the whole thing can turn into a circus. Both sides will play to their base & grandstanding fort the cameras, Dems will look like they will be trying to take out a political hit on the president simply because he is a republican & don't like him. Republicans will be given a platform to delegitimise the process at every turn.
Perhaps after the Mueller Report failed to deliver the line "The President is guilty of collusion" they may be weary of special prosecutors but I think that is still the best way to go. Hire somebody that is independent, with a laser focused remit on these calls, keep the narrative simple and easy for the public to follow with as little political partisanship as possible.
Then when all is said and done, nail the son of a bitch to a fucking cross
If i could find a girl that had the looks of Gal Gadot, breasts of Sophie Mudd with Demi Rose's ass, the personality of Jessica Ennis, the grace of Kendall Jenner on the red carpet and then behind closed doors the raw sexual energy of Nicole Snow i'd know i was dead and gone to heaven, so i'll just take Demi Rose's ass and Nicole's sexual energy
