He says he will not ask for a delay - he out cunts Trump by a long way!!

What happens next:
Boris has to ask for a delay
The opposition parties then have a vote of no confidence, thus forcing a general election.

Times reporting that the plan is to ask for a delay and then goad EU into refusing it by promising to be a disruptive, reluctant member.

E.g. refuse to appoint EU rep, empty-chair the EU summit, and - most important - veto the EU budget when it comes up for vote.
