The GB Davis Cup team played and won their first tie in the new Davis Cup format in Madrid. Andy Murray won his singles match in 3rd set tiebreak, Dan Evans lost his singles match before Jamie Murray/Neal Skupski won the tie in the doubles match

They won again today, 2-1.

GB are in the semi finals of the Davis Cup after beating Germany. They will face either Argentina or Spain in the semis on Saturday.

Dan Evans finally won in a 3rd set tiebreak to give the doubles team the day off.

Spaiin led by Nadal won through.

Russia came through against Serbia after Serbia had 4 match points in 3rd set tiebreak

Canada came through against Australia

Kyle Edmund has beaten Feliciano Lopez 6-3 7-6 (7-3) to give GB a 1-0 lead over Spain in the semi final.
