General Election 2019

As long as Boris gets a majority, and finally gets Brexit done, thats all that matters.

labour will finally get rid of Corbyn for 2023...but unless they get rid of his cronies, knob suckers, arse lickers and thugs then they still wont win.

I don't think Labour could be electable with Corbyn at the helm probably there needs to be a shake up within Labour will make a candidate with fresh ideas come forward some of the baggage around Corbyn (Anti Semitism row and stuff) probably will make the PM's standing in the world a laughing stock, would many foreign leaders want to do deals with a PM who sympathises with the like of the IRA & Hamas?

Last night Channel4 had a leaders debate, Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson failed to show. Channel4 decided to replace then with what looked like blocks of ice.

The Tories sent along Michael Gove (along with a TV crew) but was not allowed to appear on the show as he wasn't a leader.

The Tories have now complained to OFCOM (remember them).

But the worrying thing is that they have (by coincidence) mentioned that the Channel4 licence will be under review when the election is concluded.

It doesn't matter a toss about Farage. He doesn't have any policies other than Brexit and he didn't even have the balls to stand himself.

Whatever you think of the other parties and leaders etc, you can't deny the tories really are sh#t.

You have really to ask the question if Boris is up to the job.
He's ducking interviews. I don't like Michael Gove but he'd do a better job.

also worth mentioning that in the Tory manifesto it talks about reviewing the House of Lords and the Judiciary and they both got in the way of the Government over Brexit. I seem to recall Hitler did the same when he came to power with the press, government opposition and the courts

It was a climate change debate, one of the most important issues of our time, especially to the under 30 voters and the Prime Minister couldn't even be arsed to show up. He'll probably dodge the Andrew Neil interview too, doing a May on it and we all know how bad that went for her

so whatever happens TV debates/interviews probably decides where our votes go on Dec 12th
