I would say that at the moment, you have a least a good couple of weeks before the CL resumes in February and the best thing he could do is get as many of the kids first team experience in the FA Cup and which PL games might suit them best, and try and rest players for the CL games and he does need to work out where priorities lie in the three competitions. How is the injury list looking atm? The players themselves also need to focus on staying disciplined not pick up red cards or silly bookings that could count towards a suspension (hopefully not too many may be facing a suspension) and of course staying injury free. The longer the injury/suspension list gets, the more difficult the task gets of remaining unbeaten becomes.
The youngsters will play in the FA cup, the strength of the opposition will depend on how many youngsters will play, unlikely to see the same team that played Everton though as the injury list is getting shorter. Shaqiri is back in the team, Lovren, Matip and Fabinho will all be back in contention by the time the game against Bristol City/Shrewsbury comes around so that immediately makes the "second" team far stronger.
Man United then Wolves up next in the league, the current fit squad are capable of remaining strong with minimal rotation before some senior players return so no youngsters will be risked to play in a big game. The only senior players out injured after those games will be Milner and Keita. But they are both likely to be back after the 2 week break in February (bar any setbacks), just in time for the return of the Champions League.
On Gerrard potentially taking over from Klopp, whoever takes over after Klopp probably won't have to do a big rebuilding job. I think Klopp won't leave a poor and aging squad, he will leave a decent mix of youth, experience and quality, that's what I believe anyway.

Klopp rotation-makes him sound like a farmer in a field I would hope that we play better against Man Utd on Sunday and Wolves next Thursday.

RE: Liverpool FC
This is torture to listen to, Liverpool should have been out of sight by now but again VAR intervened and it sounds like we've come so close yet can't find our shooting boots-again a header from Van Djyk. Wolves loom on Thursday and that won't be an easy game either. I think we need 3 to win this one and then we can concentrate on Thursday.
