A brilliant French drama about a young woman who discovers her sexuality as she enters into a relationship with another woman at the cost of loosing some of her college friends who don't approve.Featuring sensitive performances from Adele Exarchopoulos and Lea Seydoux and some of the most realistically, erotic and explicit lesbian sex scenes ever filmed.

8/10

This. Adele is fucking tremendous and the other bird isn't bad either. It's Adele who really does it for me though and she is so beautiful with a great body, fantastic tits, perfect arse and a sweet little snatch. Seeing her in all her glory in the lesbian scenes is just breathtaking.

Star Wars - The Rise of Skywalker (Non-Spoiler)

Saw the film last Tuesday now i’ve been a big Star Wars for many years and always loved the original Trilogy the prequels so so and with the new ones now kind of a mixed bag for me anyway will start off with the positives then negatives and the overall feel of the movie.
The special effects and the overall look of the movie looking stunning same with the previous movie even tho I didn’t like it too much. The film score again is fantastic and John Williams hasn’t lost his touch with the Star Wars films even with the prequels his film scores always lifted up the movies.
The action set pieces in the movie were very well done and were a visual treat, the cast were good too and even with some familiar faces and voices were also great and a nice touch especially with the de-ageing looked really good and there were a few fan services for hardcore Star Wars fans.
Now here is where I had issues with the film, for me a lot of pacing issues where sometimes it’s too fast and sometimes it too slow especially in the beginning it jumps around from scene to scene far too fast you don’t take in what’s going on. A lot things are not explained or they don’t follow with character actions one example is with Finn involving Rey. The stuff with previous villain and the real villain (and you know who he really is) you can clearly tell they just made it up as they went along which come to my main problem is that with this new trilogy they clearly didn’t plan any of it and really shows as it feels like this film was trying to reckon The Last Jedi and The Last Jedi was trying trying reckon The Force Awakens there’s nothing wrong in having different directors with there own vision but ifs no basic plot in what your gonna do from from to A to B to C then it just comes across messy. It just feels like it’s been rushed and everything crammed together and unfortunately for me it ruined the movie.
I still feel Rey over powered and again big reveal was made up on the spot i wished they did more with her character to make you feel like it was earned same Finn he doesn’t have much to do and originally they were gonna stuff for more interesting with his character same with Poe, also if your gonna bring in new characters give them something to do plus other characters are barely in it like Rose for example. The stuff with the real villain should have been planned out from the previous films which we know wasn’t planned.
There were so many so many things not explained and again it would be a spoiler even if I could name them. The stuff with Leia all tho not there fault as Carrie Fisher died looked really out of place when you see the scene. The ending was a bit cringe worthy in my opinion. It’s more fun then Last Jedi but overall it just felt cobbled together and dare I say it boring.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire-no.4 (2004) in the series and its getting darker and darker as the kids all get older. I never got why Jarvis Cocker was brought in to do the music as well as Patrick Dawes(John Williams wasn't available) Genuinely scary for younger kids and use of a swear word(piss off) and Voldemort returning. It was very good but odd to see the main characters ageing - mind you kids grew up and grew older with these characters. One noticeable thing, Emma Watson was blossoming into a beautiful young lady and as we've seen she became a role model to thousands of young girls. Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint portrayed gawky teenagers and the angst of being around girls(we've all been there)
Some great actors in this too Brendan Gleason, David Tennant, Robert Hardy, Robert Pattinson, Jeff Rawle etc. As usual 10/10

Rambo: Last Blood (2019).

I really was hoping this next installment in the Rambo franchise (and going by the title, presumably the last entry in the franchise) would be better than some of the negative reviews that I had read about it prior to watching it but sadly I found this movie not up to the grade that one might expect when comparing it to either First Blood (the original installment) or Rambo: First Blood Part II. The movie was slow going in places and apart from a few good death scenes (Rambo style Wink) then this, sadly is one to miss. It picks up slightly in the second half of the movie and it is great to see Stallone back as the iconic John Rambo but perhaps with a better script and story, this could've been so much better imo. 5/10.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood (2019).

This is another movie I was similarly unimpressed with, the acting from Pitt and DiCaprio are excellent and it does have a lot of familiar faces in it but again I found certain parts of the film entertaining and, as always with a Tarantino movie, the dialogue is excellent at times, but I found the whole thing below par. Worth a look but nothing really to shout about imo. 6/10.

A Quiet Place (2018).

This I found to be the best film out of the three movies in this list. The acting is great, although slow going at times, it has an atmospheric, post-apocalyptic look to it. I'm a big fan of action Sci-Fi movies, such as Aliens and although this is a Sci-Fi movie in a similar vein to Alien (the original Xenomorph movie Big Grin) with the slow and eerily suspenseful, impending doom, nature to it, I found it quite gripping. Without giving away any spoilers, sound is something that is dangerous to people so a lot of the movie has that quiet tone but suspenseful drama to it. Definitely worth a look and I'm looking to watching part 2 when it's released.
