Mental Health of Callers
Do the channels and babes have a duty of care to callers and viewers? And are they meeting it?

A couple of incidents yesterday made me think of this.

Watching Jamie Knight in the afternoon, somebody asked her if she thought of him being her boyfriend. Obviously not wanting to upset him she said yes. He then asked if she thought they'd last, to which she replied that she hadn't really thought about it.

I thought Jamie handled it quite well. Obviously she didn't want to upset the guy but didn't want to get his hopes up either. He was blurring the lines between fantasy and reality and it put her in a tricky situation.

Later at night I was watching Valentina who I'm a big fan of. As soon as one username appeared she started having a go at him saying that he never tipped credits and never had any money. She was even typing to him when on a call. She also said she wouldn't speak to folk unles they had tipped/buzzed first and had some general rants about freeloaders and not getting her (admittedly fucking beautiful) pussy out for nothing. Eventually this bloke tipped her 10 credits because she basically guilt tripped him into it. I'm not sure how much that is in real money but it felt a bit like the guy was being bullied into handing over some cash.

Two different babes with two different approaches and Valentina often comes across as quite aggressive and grasping. Are the channels OK with this or should they be clamping down on such behaviour?

Speaking personally I'm happy to be a freeloader and haven't even called for years. If a stunner like Valentina gets her pussy out on the web and I get to see it then great. If she decides to go behind a pay wall then good luck to her.

Think the shows & babes have to follow the ofcom rules on this at least, don’t know if the shows have their own specific guidance & rules on this issue.

To be fair to Valentina, she does have to make money for bs otherwise she doesn’t have a job at bs & she’s not forcing or making the person tip her.

The callers & viewers do have to exercise their own responsibility as well in regards to calling & tipping the shows as well and realise the babeshow babes will never be their girlfriends etc

Very interesting question about mental health and duty of care in respect of these services.

Your first example about the 'boyfriend' is more relevant in mental health terms than the second one about freeloaders in my opinion.

However it is inevitably extremely difficult for a presenter to know whether such a play about 'boyfriend' is a punter with full mental capacity simply entering into a fantasy (which after all is what these channels are all about!), or whether it is a vulnerable individual who lacks insight and has only a tenuous grip on reality.

Then there is the whole pay pig arena. Some men punters are in control and do this well within their means I am sure, but others are very vulnerable and must surely get rinsed and exploited and cleaned out then left ruined. Perhaps not a direct issue for the channels but we know presenters may do this stuff out of office hours, so to speak.

I’m in agreement with Rake. The first example of “boyfriends” is most relevant to this question/point he’s raising & its extremely difficult indeed for a babeshow babe to know that the person that’s on the other end of the phone or chatting on the chatbox has mental health issues.

can say the same I think to those babeshow babes who do Findom outside of the shows (financial domination). It’s extremely difficult to know that their “paypig” has some sort of mental health issue.

Credit card companies & phone operators need to play their part too in this by blocking people who they feel are going beyond their means with their spending on their credit/debit cards and phones

Great points, thank you.

Very occasionally you get a person on the chatbox who is clearly not very well at all, that or they are very very intoxicated with the marching powder and more besides. They don't usually seem to do much spending though!

No problem rake, also again as I’ve said, people themselves need to take responsibility themselves as well and remember to spend within their means. All sides need to excercise responsibility & duty of care on this issue

RE: Mental Health of Callers/Viewers
You're kind of proving my points Rammy. If people really think that by exchanging messages with a babe on screen they are forming the basis for an actual relationship then clearly they have issues. The guy seemed vulnerable and shouldn't have been in that position.

I fully understand that Valentina and the channels have to make money, it's how they do it though. Valentina was very demeaning and aggressive to the guy until he felt bullied into tipping some credits. For all we know that was his last few quid to spend on hand sanitiser or arse paper and now it's gone.

She was also typing to him while on a call to somebody else. That bloke was paying extortionate money for a call and still wasn't even getting her full attention.

There was a phone line there to dial but Valentina said she wouldn't speak to people if they hadn't tipped first. Surely a breach of the rules there. They don't say, please call this rip off number once you have been sufficiently ripped off for a large amount of credits.

RE: Mental Health of Callers/Viewers
Its a tricky situation IMO as its obviously a money making business, pretty much anything that goes on with the shows involves making money and consistently doing so yet at the same time there does need to be some sort of understanding that just because some don't tip or go private doesn't mean there freeloaders or wanting anything for free they just may not be able to afford such luxuries as talking and interacting with a beautiful woman. As long as someone is polite and well mannered towards these babes I really cant see how they can get upset even if it doesn't earn them money. There does seem to be a disconnect that were all loaded with money and so should be spending every £ on them, sort of off putting IMO.

As for the other situation regarding "boyfriend" gate its inevitable some will get infatuated with these woman and want to believe there in a relationship with there favourite even though its completely impossible but the shows revolve around fantasy, sometimes the lines between fantasy and reality blur. In my opinion I'm not sure you could ever have a relationship of any kind with any babe that does go beyond being simply an acquaintance, no matter how much money you pay, certainly not anything like a boyfriend.

I have no idea what I'm doing here but I'm here!!!

Yes people who are vulnerable & have issues shouldn’t be in that position, but I’ll say again, it’s extremely difficult for a babeshow babe & the babeshow they work on to know the person on the phone or on the chatbox has issues. Yes that could have been the last few quid the person had with Valentina, but again it may not have been. Do agree babeshow babes shouldn’t be aggressive or demeaning to callers

Also, yes calling & interacting on the shows is expensive & yes could say a “rip off” but no one is forcing or making people spend their money on the shows.

Agree with Babefan2012 it’s a tricky situation
