The number of deaths being reported in China has been very low for about a month now. The zero day was Monday but 2 deaths were reported on Tuesday, with 62 new cases being reported that day.

On both Friday and Saturday the number of new cases in China was down to 19, but 62 yesterday is not that big a jump. Even if there were to be a second wave, it would not necessarily be more deadly or aggressive.

Hope his partner is in a far better position as well. There was a lot of discussion on Radio 5 live the last couple of days, regarding the virus and pregnancy, and have to say that many women who called the station who were pregnant probably gave Carrie support.
