Ep 17 titled “Deus Lex Machina” and directed by Actress Melissa Benoist was supposed to air in the States on the 26th April now it’s pushed again till May 3rd which funny enough is my birthday lol.

I did in fact finish Crisis pt 5 last night and then forgot to say so. It's funny the Legends always seem to me a bit tangential to the others, so often in crossovers their episode goes off somewhere unexpected to me. The "new" set-up with one Earth for everyone seems a bit "goodbye bathwater, goodbye baby" but maybe it'll work out (my money's on that it won't). Perhaps too many meta lines about "oh have we missed a crossover?" etc too. I realise crossovers work as a bonus to those who watch all the shows, and an enticement to those who don't, but I never feel "gosh I'm missing out not watching these other shows". Plus I can't keep up with one show, never mind 35.

Anyway, back to the main series next... only 1 week behind... yet...

5.10 Multiple Brainys (zzz) and the return of the witches from S3 (yes, I got my hopes up - but then did I not spot before that Selina was the name of Faye Dunaway's character in the '84 film when she was a witch too?)
The idea of bottle universes is nothing new (even Dr Who had a boring go at it), but at least there were tentative steps back towards the Leviathan plot (the bad - Nia getting dumped; the good, Lex's "what the hell is Leviathan?" intro).

The season 5 ending has rewritten due to production being shut dish because of the virus and will probably have the season cut short.

5.11 Hey they've got Winn back for yet another scintillating Toyman plot (I'm lying about it being scintillating) - as if they hadn't already used multiple takes on the same plot already, I suppose an evil Winn from an alternate Earth is slightly novel, but surely not a trick they want to keep pulling (evil Dreamer, what are the chances?). Amusing Lex intrigue to advance more on Leviathan, and blah blah blah. And hey, it's not over 'til it's over...

5.12 Well, we can but hope this is the last Toyman plot. Amusing sub-plot with Lex trying to schmooze his way to his ludicrous goals via intrigue. Alex leaving the DEO was surprising though. The whole "undermining the DEO from within" was boring enough last series.
