i just got this of a friend I trust on Facebook and thought I better post this warning here to warn you that if you see this mentioned file on your mobile - DO NOT OPEN IT!!

Got an e-mail yesterday purporting to be from DVLA customer services telling me my direct debit had been refused twice and I needed to update my details (complete with a convenient link to click on) and threatening an 800£ fine (yes, written that way)

I don't have any direct debits with the DVLA (I don't think they even do them), but interestingly I relicensed a machine on Monday that was zero rated (no payment made).
