Well, in that case, that says it all.

All told there's 106 girls on the current list and someone there spends a little time keeping it tidy.
One anomaly though is Thai Marder. I've seen a steady stream of queries about her whereabouts and I've even speculated that she might be out of reach abroad. However she's not been moved in line with Lola and Paige Green.

Lycia Sharyl and Phoebe Young still current girls but not been on S66 for a while before lockdown if I remember right.

Agree about the music/ mic issues when an earth did they get rid of the radio mics? Was it due to feedback from members?

In the days of the radio mics it appeared that the babe would use it to speak to gallery and ask for action to be taken to allow her to speak to viewers.
Sometimes her request appeared to be ignored, the music would play on whilst the babe was unheard. Fernanda advised once the studio didn't understand why.
Exactly what precipitated abandoning the radio mics remains unclear.

I assumed it was because they had the dodgy radio mics down as a source of the babes not being heard...

Thereafter someone else must have thought leaving the music at full blast and having a massive audio delay could do the job of them not being heard just as well.

I wondered at the time whether they might have concluded that they were in fact fading up the wrong radio mic. If you recall they had coloured bands on them but perhaps that proved somehow an unreliable distinction. Corded mics are attached to a video stream physically.
It's not as if they didn't spend money on it. They had to buy the corded mics and the walkie talkies that they use for internal communication.
I bet that if we could have a beer with the blokes in there that they'd throw their hands up about the amount of effort they've put into this and that frustration is half the reason it still persists.

The channel and company that was sanctioned by Ofcom has been closed down so doubt we will hear any more about that.

Oh I see. Well I did wonder at the time why they gave up their main channel and kept the other two.
