I have seen your other post replying to part of my request in my earlier post.

You say the companies you were referring too were 914 TV. 965 TV and Primetime Media Group, So can you please give links to last years financial accounts for these 3 companies demonstrating they were in a pretty good financial position (last year)

I'm not disagreeing with you, because i cannot find the information, so please can you say were are you getting last years company account details from, for these 3 companies ?

The other 2 companies did not trade as such, so their accounts have little information of any relevance. They were really just licence holders.

The last financial accounts records in that link are made up to 31 December 2018, not last year(2019)
Do you have any links to last years accounts, because it's last years accounts that BarrieBF was talking about, not the year before that

i looked at the accounts for 2018 for prime time Media if they had a sanction/fine by Ofcom at that time, would that have to have been declared on the balance sheet to Companies House?

Were you actually talking about the financial account records made up to 31 December 2018, and not last years financial records ? (made up to 31 December 2019)

The accounts to Dec 2019 aren't due to be filed until September.

If a fine was due, but not yet paid, it would be included in the creditors total.

i didn't look in that section
