I very much doubt an Ofcom fine could be imposed without notification of it being presented in Ofcom's published bulletins online. AFAIK, it has always been part of their remit to be transparent to the public in such actions.

Just thought i'd point out again, that the channel, that's broadcast was found "in breach" by Ofcom, was Studio 66 TV, it was broadcast on Sky channel 912, this s66 channel no longer exists .
Also the Licencee of this channel, was the company "914 TV Limited", this company no longer holds a licence, and is currently in the process of winding down.

914 TV Limited was the company found "in breach" by Ofcom, it was according to Ofcom, representatives from 914 TV that they communicated with concerning the breaches .

The company records that we have been discussing are for Primetime Media Group Limited, a separate company .
Primetime Media doesn't hold any Ofcom licences .

Obviously the 2 company's are connected in more way's than 1, with James MCCann amongst other things, being a director and shareholder of both .

So, all-in-all no matter who the owner is, S66 will no longer be on TV, the girls will get less exposure, those girls will be at home with 480p streaming, calls will fall, they will make less money, end up at either BS or XP. There will be no room at those channels as the girls will have to fit into certain criteria, 'get calls or you will be gone!'

A complete failure of the owners & producers as S66 has gone from the number 1 babe channel to almost extinct within a matter of years.

Agree, s66 will keep a channel on tv to draw people to their cam shows

S66 will need to be on TV as they have no other way of drawing traffic to their site. The girls will get less exposure, get less callers, and less revenue. The girls will want to go to another channel, but they won't allow poor performers to even go anywhere near the channel. All you have to look at recently the likes of Mia M and Chloe L that were briefly at S66 and they didn't stay long as there is something definitely out of place at S66.

I give it by the end of the year and s66 will be off the babeshow map

As S66 only has a few months left Rammy perhaps we should get used to watching the other side.
I have a magnifying glass so I'll be just about be able to pick out their pasty faced girls against a silver background somewhere at the back of shot. I'll enjoy the barely 720p they manage to achieve in their studio.
I'll be able to hear them clearly and avail myself of their hard sell techniques akin to the double glazing industry of the 1970's.
I'm sure i could stomach their freaks; the weird upside down boobs, that one with two half grapefruits stuck on her chest and there's always the no nipples woman.
I'm a big fan of the work of our European neighbours and I'd enjoy setting them straight on how to put a girl on screen.

I would say on that comparison Rammy, Impact Wrestling has more chance than St66 stayimg on screen atm
