The licencee of the remaining S66 Sky TV channel 924, wasn't the licencee last found in breach by Ofcom.
The licencee of Sky channel 924 is 965 TV Limited, this licencee was not the subject of Ofcom's last in breach ruling against S66 .
It was 914 TV limited, the licencee of the old Sky 912 tv channel that was found in breach, this channel no longer exists and the company is winding up .


XP is not Dutch, it operates under the same Ofcom rules as S66.
BS on Sky is not Dutch, it also operates under the same Ofcom rules as S66
BS on Freeview does have Dutch licences, but they simulcast with Sky, so they also must operate under the same rules as S66.

BS was also found in breach by Ofcom a while back as well .

Is it possible do you think that they weren't/aren't interested in being the best babe channel? That they don't see it as relevant and can't compete any way.

I like S66 more than BS because they have a weekly guide, their picture's clearer, I like the bed set and I fancy 21 of their girls compared to only 3 at BS.

On the other hand I think their production lacks consistency and imagination, there's too many tattooed, they have been in breach of the BCAP code too often, they're mean to the girls, they are cavalier with people's money and appear obstinate to the opinions of viewers.
