Coronavirus - is enough being done to contain it?

So tattoo shops and piercers, who sterilise all their equipment routinely, and are trained in the dangers of, and avoidance of, cross contamination, still can't open yet, but hairdressers, who don't sterilise, and aren't trained, can open.
Right, perfectly logical, and nothing at all to do with bowing to public pressure from people wanting their hair cut!
