RE: All Elite Wrestling discussion Thread
AEW was excellent this week i think the card was so good it could have been on a PPV,
match 1 was a 12-Man Tag Team match - Hangman Page, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks and FTR vs. The Dark Orde
match 2 was Best Friends vs. Santana and Ortiz
match 3 was Cody and Matt Cardona vs. John Silver and Alex Reynolds
match 4 was a Debate between Orange Cassidy vs. Chris Jericho
match 5 was Big Swole vs. Reba (Rebel)
main event AEW World Championship Match Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin
match 1 was i think one of the best 12 person matches i have ever seen not that i have seen many, i normally dont like matches with this many people in but this worked and everyone got to do something,
Harwood got a fake injury to Harwood that spared him and Wheeler defeat, plus Page helped him to the back potentially setting up a new faction withCody and Arn Anderson in AEW,
major breakthrough victory for The Dark Order they look like they are the main heels all of a sudden,
match 2 Trent and Chuckie T won again another really good match as well, they are having a really good 2020 considering they will never win the belts AEW do let them win a lot , after the match Santana and Ortiz smashed up Trent mom car setting up a match for next week
match 3 saw Zack Ryder now called Matt Cardona team with Cody to beat the dark order on his AEW debut, it was a good match and nice to see Matt used as a main eventer somthing that never happened in WWE, it was funny that John Silver and Alex Reynolds looked the stars of this match but AEW hardly us them they showuld go to impact would be stars there,
i found out that Zack has only signed a 5 match contract with AEW before he goes to impact by the look of things,
match 4 this debate was so good, it was hosted by Eric Bischoff OMG the first time he had been on TNT TV since running WCW 20 years ago,
Jericho did most the talking and was amazing as usual but Orange was a star he only talked twice but totally owned Chris when he did and showed us all another side to him, hes looking more and more like a main eventer,
match 5 was the only poor match of the night, the commentators made a big thing of building Rebel up saying she had over 100 tv matches under her belt and was a good wrestler but then Rebel acted like a newbie who had never been in the ring it made everyone involved look silly, it was like Rebel had missed the meeting where she was told to wrestle like a vet,
main event was amazing they where so good together it was 100% better than there first mess of a match where Mox fucked up a move and nearly broke Allin's neck, this was the main hock for the match would Mox use the same move to get the win, he did in the end but not until he had done everying her could to win by other means,
Allen was given the type of resiliency reserved for the industry's best babyface heroes showing again that AEW think he will be there number one babyface at some point, both looked stars at the end of the match,
currently walking on the Sunny side of the street
