What do the babes chat about when they're talking to the producers?

I've always wondered this, especially when I see Preeti or Priya in deep conversation with the producers off screen when they're not on the phone. Because I guess it must be really fascinating what they're discussing given they look so deep in conversation. Are they discussing how the government should handle EU trade negotions of what the top rate of income tax should be? Those are the kinds of discussions I assume the babes are having with the producers, but I could be wrong?

In response to comment Fernanda said live on the mic a fortnight ago that in her case when she is seen on her own telephone (whilst callers are queuing to speak to her) she would be talking to the gallery.
She inferred that in S66's new set up there is not a clear line of sight between her and it.
Live on the mic Evelyn has also commented about the difficulties experienced getting Gallery to switch between different modes.
I hope that it's not all work there but I think that most of their conversations concern the minutae of the production.

I'm not all that fussed about what they talk about when they don't have callers -- I assume it's just your typical workplace jibber jabber.

I am far more concerned about what they're talking about while schmucks like me ARE on the phone, watching their credits drain away while they finish up their offline conversation

With regards to being "chatted up" I'd be surprised if any of the babes were genuinely single, didn't have a boyfriend etc

The girls just want someone to talk to about anything and as they know the production staff a lot of the time, then the chat will be about everything. Have heard all sorts of conversations between them. Usually about work, such as when is my break or alter lighting etc, but not always, such as what have you been doing etc, etc. The usual stuff will really. It can get very frustrating when on a call and they start a conversation with a producer etc over lunch or whatever when you are waiting to carry on with your conversation and likewise in the throws of ecstacy on cam and you suddenly realise that they are actually chatting to someone of camera and not giving you very much attention after all.

Talking to the gallery is a problem for some of the girls of course, using either walkie talkies or simply shouting in the studio and there own phones when at home. Fascinating to listen to though if you get the chance, particularly when they are discussing you!

Some of the girls are single for sure, just because you are beautiful does not mean that love finds you! Some are honest about home life and others are not.

I know at least one girl at BS who has a producer for a boyfriend, which doesn't go down well with some of her Co workers!

I'm reliably informed that they spend hours discussing the finer points of Quantum Mechanics.

I'm sure many of the babes do indeed have boyfriends but that still shouldn't stop all sorts of naughtiness going on backstage. How can horny cameramen and producers resist chatting these babes into having fun? To me being a cameraman or producer on the babeshows is the second best job in the world, just behind being a porn star

I know its part of her act but Alice Goodwin let's herself gets finger banged by Mr P despite I think being married! I refuse to believe it's all 'professional' in the studios haha.
