Guiliani was on Newsmax last night saying that the courts were useless and they were taking their claims to the legislators in the states they are challenging. That fits with attempts to try to get those states to appoint Trump supporters to the Electoral College.

I like how the Trump appointed Republican Appeals Court judge in Pennsylvania through out Guiliani’s case yesterday because it had no merit. Jenna Ellis working with Guiliani went on a rant against activist judges in Pennsylvania. All experience shows ranting against judges does not sit well with higher courts if you appeal and definitely won’t when the judge was appointed by Trump!
