Would actually help if BS published the schedule but yes they were a little short on girls and the shows that there were being advertised half of them didn't go ahead in fact the schedule is almost wrong anyway, so I don't understand why they don't publish a daily schedule

I thought they were short of girls last night as there was only Beth and Mia on TV (FV) with Piggy Mouth and Abby on BOTH channels!
So any thoughts on the " new" regulations? As last night FV 673 was normal: Beth going braless at 10.33 and Mia in her section from 11.34: well before midnight! Have BS found a loophole OR won't the new rules affect the show?? Very confused BUT relieved as I was fearing a dayshow for two hours until midnight!!!!.............

^^ no idea mate, I think we all expected a no boob show based on the test shows bs did in the autumn to get an ofcom 2200 starting license, this was backed up by 66 suddenly stopping showing boobs in the same slot as if someone ofcom has had a word, and as far as I know when 66 run a show on FV before midnight it's usually with a day girl staying on not showing boob,
Maybe bs and ofcom have agreed to a change in the fv rules I guess we will just have to see what happens over the next few days

Or, somewhere in the depths of Boris's deal, there's some kind of reciprocal agreement regarding broadcasting licences that allows Bs to continue with the Dutch licence for now.

I'd be very surprised if it was just a mistake. Pretty sure the producers would have had it drummed into them by senior management.

I agree mate , it would seam the most logical answer, that they are still on the Dutch license,

Guys I may have a little that can help with this if anyone wants to go and research it. All the services in the UK are covered by the "UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code)" for the adult chat services the following apply 4.1, 4.2, 23.3, 30.3 (various of the sub clauses) and 32.3 and we know most of these. The big one is the "Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD)" which covers the broadcast and allowance to broadcast across the EU etc, and the jurisdiction in which country your broadcast from (and license is held in). I think if BS still have a valid dutch license and as we have a deal nothing much changes for now. I think S66 is fully licensed in the UK hence why the midnight rule there for FV. Thats just my understanding of it though but it seems to make sense. I can't see BS wanting the fine especially as the last batch for breaches were huge (one against SEL who did various services a few years back was £130,000 and other got between 24k and 75k).

YES! and for the rest of the night! Preeti was topless briefly at about 10.15ish and on and off then braless a bit later!!.
And Preeti and Alice went naked plus Abby B did BUT kept her stockings and shoes on! Her first time "naked" on TV!?...................
