Question are these charges expected to be extended to illegal immigrants? Then again add a few noughts to that figure and people from abroad might think twice about coming here until we have it under control, but more over why not keep the borders open just for exports only and returning British citizens only but not allow tourists in? if the figure is 21,000 a day god knoes how many of them have the virus and yet test negative. Before we know it there will be another new strain on the loose.
