I agree that Scarlett was excellent in her debut for DDF. It is always a thrill to see a babeshow performer develop her career into porn and I wish Scarlett all the very best for her future career. She has brains, beauty and a plan - the porn business can be difficult - so I hope she enjoys this phase of her life as much as we will watching her.

Don't usually bother with the babeshow girls Twitter accounts, but have just glanced at Scarletts, for the first time in a couple of years, and it looks as if she is trying too hard to be "edgy".

Why? she has no need to, it is as if something has happened to make her think she has to.

I don't think it's anything to do with trying to be edgy, she's embracing her move into the adult industry, that's all.

I don't understand why people don't get it tbh, when the girls move into hardcore, they have to step up their social media game, it's how they advertise themselves to studios as well as those that will be buying scenes, OF content etc. Makes perfect sense to me.

I've been thinking exactly the same thing. It's as if she's trying too hard or forcing it. Probably, as Skully says, that she's building her name/brand, but it comes across to me as a little awkward and unnatural. Needs to turn the dial down slightly.

Same. The adult industry is so competitive these days that those in it, especially female stars have to really up their game to stand out from the crowd on social media to get people to buy their films etc. I don’t think Scarlett is trying to be edgy, she’s trying to get noticed

Sorry to disagree.

Although I am not directly involved in the industry, several of the US "studios" are clients of mine, so I often have discussions with "movers and shakers".

In fact following the posts from Rammy and Skully I phoned one such contact, and he was adamant that they would very rarely track a girls social media. They prefer to deal with girls signed up to professional adult-industry management companies, one of which, I understand, Scarlett did sign-up for.

They also look at "new girls" who appear in other companies videos, as they are interested in the "performance", not how edgy/nasty/sexy they appear on social media. I was told they have "noted" Scarlett.
