Yep they get between 30 & 60% of the tips, call & cam revenue etc depending on the source etc. I reckon if you do 55% like you say its a pretty good estimate. Its good to see the whole figure though, its only then people see the amount the channels get. If anyone wants them I've the % for the other platforms as well.

^ Yes it varies depending on what percentage the babe is able to negotiate I believe. Bigger name babes are obvious going to have better chance of a higher number. I get the feeling more babes are on at least half since the majority went to "incentivised pay" (i.e. not an hourly rate). Very few babes get a per hour (even on TV) I think these days. Possibly the biggest names on BS nights. Oh and Lola was said to have twisted 66's arm to get that a couple of years back. Dunno if it's still the same.

Yes mosts incentivised or the girls would just do nothing... get the feeling there are probably still targets (might be wrong) or is the loss of shifts an incentive maybe. I know on all the cam platforms so BSCams, S66Cams etc everyone gets the same fixed %. S66 publish theres, and the ones for BSCams are there you just have to fish for them and a BS manager published them in a forum in 2019 when recruiting (not sure they were meant to). I think all the channels are pretty much the same though, its just a case of which one the girl feels comfortable working for.

Like you say though as customers we only need to know what we are paying and what we are getting for the £. To me entertainment is key, so the likes of Lanta, Jess, etc who always make the shows fun even when its quiet.

I detest how you claim girls are winners and name a girl each week as coming last Winsaw. It is not a competition for the girls - it’s a marketing ploy by BS for gullible punters such as yourself who give it a credibility it does not deserve. We know it is inaccurate, we know the league table takes no account of how many shifts a girl works & we know very successful girls who don’t chase tip goals or use the vibratoy will never appear in it but BS rate them highly and reward them accordingly.

Sometimes on this forum people raise concerns about the channels/girls pulling fast ones to get punted to spend. Frankly you are doing the same in my view.

What actually really drew my attention was you saying Mila Amora was “last again” (I don’t like her so my comments are based on the disservice you are doing). Many girls did not make the inaccurate leaderboard BS publish yet you tag Mila with “last again” as though she failed.
