Boris has previously been found to have broken Parliamentary rules twice over income declaration and warned that a 3rd time would have more serious consequences (which could include having his pay docked or suspension from Parliament). Be interesting how this is dealt with if he is found guilty by the Electoral Commission as that would imply he also broke Parliamentary rules on declaring income again.

Parliamentary rules are the least of his problems. The Electoral Commission have actual teeth and can pass it on to the police.
