Probably because they will all have had their vaccinations and they will all have been tested before the meeting.
All the photoshoots that I've seen have also been taken outside.

And it's hard to conduct a meeting with masks on.

Boris is giving his update about restrictions at 6pm.

It expected that the final date will be moved by 4 weeks.

However it's now planned to allow up to 50 people to a wedding.

Boris being his usual decisive self, with a delay of 4 weeks for the final opening up, but maybe 2 weeks depending on data etc.
Watching the 3 stooges at the Downing St. briefing I was pondering how much it must have cost in private & university education, & not one of them are capable of coherent speaking, with countless ums & errs. Just get someone up there, what can talk proper, like what I can.

Even than he'd probably ended up with 1 wedding, 50 catfights, and a whole lot of CSA's!!

Never heard him once say that he pays for his klids by other women. I'd give the marriage six months as by then he'll probably be sleeping with someone else
