It is just as important out mental performance is as good as our physical one IMO

Positive thought - England kept a clean sheet throughout the group stage and the only other time that happened England went on to win the tournament (World Cup 1966).
Negative thought - England have only ever won a Euros knockout match once and even that needed a penalty shootout before England progressed (against Spain 1996).

The Croatia-Spain match has seen the 9th own goal of the tournament. I think this one beats the Martin Dubravka one for best comic own goal.
