Well i was mostly joking in having just one woman on the channel all night but there are worse than Marie to have on there all night by themself thats for sure.

same applies to Michelle tonight who has the set to herself this evening. She is more than equipped to fill the time and space by herself

But then the breaks are promo vids. Exactly who is going to stick around for those (yeah I realise we channel hop then return, but you get my point!!) One girl on set will work when there are two or more available to take their turn, and prevent the 'empty screen' Also an opportunity to introduce an alternative narrative with each girl providing something different. Still the same formulaic output though

Despite restricting to one channel a few months ago, with the additions in new talent on the night schedule, I feel Xpanded has been really doing well at the moment (included in this is their reduction in the daytime call-charge rate down to £1.50 per minute, which is entirely more reasonable). One of the reasons I feel xpanded is doing well is the seemingly great camaraderie between atleast many of the nightime babes. For instance, last night, great interaction between Honey and Ashton. It improves the overall ambience of proceedings when both girls sharing the set really get on with eachother and is probably a reason why each of the ladies are more relaxed and able to enjoy it.

On another note, I think the xpanded crew all deserve alot of kudos for working long shifts as compared to the other two channels, on the phone almost continuously (which is a test of their mental as well as physical strength) save for the odd break, under brighter lighting than the other 2 channels. It is testament to Michelle, Honey, Ashton and Maria that they have the stamina to keep to doing 2/3 appearances every week month after month. It must be said, without any one of these 4 continuing to do this, xpanded would struggle to have 2 ladies on set each night.
