The best results are more important than the ingredients, is my general view of body modifications.
Although, having looked through recordings of LR posted on a certain website, going back around a year, the only modification during that time I'm certain of, is elsewhere.

It's unlikely she's had a BBL: Brazilian Butt Lift, AKA gluteal fat grafting, as that would likely be noticeable from her midriff, if not the more obvious place.
However, as that would involve no foreign bodies, that's a modification that I wouldn't call "fake".
Implants or fillers are often considerably more noticeable, and I doubt that LR has had any of those.

She's gorgeous all over, and any help she's had back there, is congruously so.
There are certainly other women on the channels, with more obvious, if not necessarily less attractive modifications in that area, whether or not they've been open about such help.
