Tyson Fury has said many times he doesnt want to be on SPOTY mainly because of the stuff he has said in the past which will now be brought up again

should be a boring show Emma Radacanu should win and wont be there to collect it as she is isolating in Dubai after contracting Covid she was due to play in a tournament there

Also a shame Bryony Frost is not on the shortlist obv Rachel Blackmore cant be on cos shes irish but Bryony has had an outstanding season

So this old relic is still relevant to the beeb in the absence of so much else they claim not to have the money to secure the rights for in sporting terms?? Or worse, the continued dumbing down?? (in fairness, in keeping with all the other channels)

Well done, Josh Taylor for telling BBC SPOTY to stick the award up their arse.
Taylor is Britain's first undisputed world champion in the 4 belt era, it's disgraceful how our national broadcaster overlooks boxing, both in the awards and television coverage.

So glad Emma won would have ruined christmas if tom daley had won

Team and coach of the year for a bunch that won sod all when our Olympians once again performed magnificently is a joke

Congrats to Emma Raducanu good to see an actual champion take the trophy home

So Glad Rachel Blackmore won International award to what she did this year was outstanding
