HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread

Is Atlanta Moreno eligible to be voted for next year? i am pretty sure Atlanta came on the show a year after Scarlett Jones , i will be voting for her next year.

I really like this new group style voting format for the Hall of Fame.

I hope Fernanda Ferrari, Sophia Lares and Dionne Mendez are inducted this year.

Which group is which? Doesn't look immediately obvious. And isn't it a bit odd that someone from the 'weaker' group gets in the Hall of Fame at the expense of someone from the 'stronger' group?

22 of the 24 girls nominated meet the 10 years criteria.

I didn't have to make a separate group for the 10 years and over as Groups A & C consist of girls who meet the 10 years rule.

I just used the tournament format.

The format is how Lovebabes wanted to run the award.

Your suggestion is something to be looked at for next year.

The highest number of votes in the nomination round is the quickest and easiest format for all the competitions on here.

Several nomination and knockout rounds feels slightly overcomplicated and unnecessarily longwinded.

How was it decided which babes were in which group?

This doesn't look at all fair. Group stages only work if they eventually feed through to one winner.
This would only work if each group had a different criteria. 10+, retired, whatever.
The groups look pretty random though. I really don't understand this format.

I'm with Smc, count up the nominations, top 3 are in.

There's pro's and con's to just inducting the highest nominated.

Yes it is the easiest and quickest way to pick three girls.

The negative arguement is that just a small percentage of guys could get a girl inducted (10 nominates out of 42 member who nominated)

Voting means that at some stage at least 50% are chosing a girl.

Over the years the members have looked at who's been nominated. And chosen who they feel best deserves the award, who's been involved on the forum etc.

But your suggestion may prove to be a better option. It will be discussed on the awards review.

Are they? Or are they just being forced to choose the 'least worst option' in some of the ties? That is certainly the case, as far as I'm concerned.

If this is going to lead to another round where the groups come together, it has some merit. If it's just the top babe from each group of, apparently, randomly selected babes, it just does not work imo.
