Loved seeing Danhausen curse Adam Cole last night which made him lose his first match in aew,
Orange and Cole had a very good no rules match more wrestling and not as many spots as I was expecting but it worked very well and was an exciting finish,
I was expecting greatness from the Cody Sammy match after I saw it had been given the coveted five star rating but didn't think it was that good, it was still an enjoyable match thought and some of the high spots where amazing not sure how no one got injuries, was good to see Tony listen to the fans reject Cody and put the belt back on Sammy never been such a short title rain in aew before,
Between those to matches not a lot else went on a few to many long promos and not enough matches for me,
I can't believe they are giving away MJF v punk on free TV next week that makes me think it will be s screw job finish maybe finally see the wardog turn on mjf

I knew it was gonna be bad for Cole when he debuted as second fiddle in the gang to omega, to do bad comedy with his mates and then instantly overshadowed to Bryan debuting. I thought it couldn’t get much worse than what he’s been up to the last month or so, but this was as bad as it gets. Losing to OC is straight up embarrassing for his career. He couldnt break free from a hug, this is child’s play stuff. An actual hug, hands not closed and Cole selling it like he’s handcuffed was cringe. There’s no recovery for Cole in my eyes on this one. At least he was beating oc up until this point. I can’t remember a top talent being destroyed so quickly before. He doesn’t seem to care either, so deserves it.

he hasnt been buried he was finishing a story line with OC in an unsanctioned match so not destroyed will be a slow build up on the whole omega elite and Undisputed Era thing

Being Keith Lee’s manager is a way better option than what he’s been doing in aew. Being in a feud alone with oc makes someone a joke, losing to him in an unsanctioned fight is as bad as it gets. He went from the undisputed era in nxt to not being able to break out of a hug from a comedy act that doesn’t care. Perfect way to build your new guy into title contention. Next up high school drama, terrible acting and cringe comedy squabbling with his pals.

Cole still haven't lost a match in AEW that was a lights out match so dose not effect his record at all, thats why they did a lights out match purely to protect him,
Orange is one of the most popular babeface in AEW so was always going to have to beat the bad guy in the end thats how it works lol,
by having it end like that protected both and the whole thing has elevated both and more importantly there factions which was the point really getting the new guys in AEW over,

Well it's finally happening tonight mjf vs cm punk in all places Chicago hopefully punk wins or all hell may explode aside from that I feel like they need to overall get dynamite being more level over the 2 hours than up and down

Brian Kendrick getting released by two companies in the space of 48 hours might be a new record! Although it's funny Tony Khan addressed this situation and totally ignored similar issues with the rest of his roster.

Kendrick's gone from AEW already? Saw lots of tweets about him on twitter, but thought it was just about him joining aew or the match on aew

I think it might have only been a one-shot deal anyway. Just Tony trying to take advantage of a recently released WWE guy but then those videos surfaced so it got nixed.
