Was speaking to a couple of girls both said that the daytime chat concept is embarrassing and putting guys off, the continuous rolling ads are also having a negative effect and turning people away or meaning they just don't bother tuning in.

^ Isn't there a slight contradiction in 'we know we need to get more babes filling the TV to stop the rolling ads putting guys off' but 'we also want to come off TV for privates... likely putting more rolling ads on TV?' (Few babes would want to flit on to TV for indefinite short periods to cover another babe's private sojourns.)

This is where there's conflict between babes taking the immediate money before them and endangering the foundations that's keeping the whole thing standing by doing so in such a regimented fashion.

Didn't I hear something of babes that have a constant flow of calls being rewarded with better pay recently? It seems there is some acknowledgement, if so, of the need for those that can provide a solid bedrock in trad babe stylings while others play around in the shadows.

Privates are the wonders of imagination that are the champagne room at your lap dance joint. But without the consistent draw of a decent atmos and crowd pleasing enticements front of house you have nothing longterm.

They need to stand up and be counted then!! Easy for me to say - I get it - they put their heads above the parapet and next thing they are looking for a new job.......but still.........they know it isn't working and harming them too boot with their 'brand' development ie gaining options through the identity a greater level of 'visibility' would give them. Do they all really want to be 'strait - jacketed' into this backstage dead end??
