Babeshows - General Chat & Discussion

Im gonna be honest with everyone that I've fallen out of love with all babe channels and I can't quite put my finger on why this is. I do check in on a daily basis but I channel surf though the channels might say hello to some of the babes and just leave. I'm not sure if it's the gimmicks or the new rules but something doesn't feel right. As for bulky boys ofcom they won't answer my questions I sent them in 2 emails I've sent them so I feel there double standards for them as they can makes rules because someone has complained about something that they have seen on these babe channels but yet when I've asked them why are these people watching these channels and they have to be watching because of what they have complained about. Which is lip reading the channel girls and them being to explicit on screen. But they refuse to answer me and I've stood up for these channels and said these people have a choice they either watch it or find another channel that they like to watch. It's not something a person is going to stumble across because it's the 600 numbers on Freeview and the 900 channels on sky and if a person is so worried that people could watch these channels on a sky box then put the perant gaurdain lock on the box so everyone has to put a pin in to view the channel

Personally I'm like that at times the tiny giant especially on babestation when they have girls on who don't bother to have a change during the night it's just frustrating when they may have a limited chance to shine

And the ban on vibetoys being used during nightshows on TV.

Clarification on the types of clothing that are banned too, would've been nice.

The webshow rules seem to be totally self imposed. No one can seem to get any clarity on that. You now have to pay twice to see the shows, pay to clear tip goal, pay for pervcam view for just paid for tip goal. They may reference the online harms bill but this is not enforced yet. You have to feel for them really, out of the whole World Wide Web only their content has been restricted, not the even more explicit chaturbate or MFC lol.

These slices of nostalgia tell us about the shows' history for sure. They are generally interesting reads (though as Goodfella has pointed out they are sometimes arguable) but to expect them to be fully relevant to the world of the shows today is folly. Too many changes have happened in the meantime.

In fact the manner in which this stuff is being reposted smacks of disengeniousness. An attempt to pull the wool that the channels are still in some way edgy as they were back in the day. (Today they are about as rebellious as a wet fish. And their audience treated with contempt instead of as co-conspirators and co-creators.) Also it's a weak attempt anyway, for anyone that can add contrast is only given a greater sense of how much the payer has lost in the changes made to the shows in the intervening years.

AFAIK only a Rampant forum mod has gone public with any authority about what exactly the current restrictions are supposed to be countering and even he was vague (fourth post down). But fwiw, it doesn't seem to be the Online Harms Bill that's back of this atm but a sort of precursor to it that's already in operation. Props to Ryuken for tracking it down at the time.

The restrictions have killed it for casual tippers. I would tip for a good goal and then expect to see it. I and a lot of others probably don’t tip now. Only the real obsessed fanboys, nothing wrong that they do, but they are taken for a ride. The shows aren’t even worth it for freeloaders lol ?

^ Yes exactly. My attachment to the shows seems to be the exact opposite to that of the private junkies and the fanboys. I like to get to know a babe for sure - it helps with any interactions - but I'm not interested in establishing any deep relationships there. My kink is all about helping to stir and enhance a vibe that reflects the performance ethic and mass pleasures of the shows as they used to be. (Minimally cropped images with tease, movement, posing, and energy basically - something to hold the audience and grow the session as it progresses.) I want shows that make us all pleased to be fans of this bloody genre. And shows that reward babes that work to that end.

In recent years (when I realised what it was that was that was getting me off) I tipped and perved (and would do the same again if I saw a consistency to satisfy this demand) whenever my fave babes put on sessions that looked to please the fta crowd. This can be done alongside explicit cam work (I'm a big dual cam* fan) or it can be achieved on its own - via tips and vibra, etc.

BS killed all this on their streams with their regressive one-size-fits-all decision on how to get past the new regs.

Another problem in all this of late is that many new babes appear ignorant of what the shows once were. They seem to have little idea that some of us are expecting anything resembling a babeshow as we knew it. At worst, they don't know what we're missing, while another bunch are probably uninterested while they can find enough of the other punters to keep them happy.
