Apparently a director whose films look interesting but that I never want to watch. But bonus points for mentioning his hometown of Omaha in almost all his films.

BOTTICELLI Florence and the Medici!!

Two hours of grown up, intelligent and fulfilling viewing!! Obviously the painting I guess most people would reference 'Birth Of Venice' featured heavily, but Botticelli was one of those artists whose work extended well beyond. My personal favourite over and above the afore mentioned, is 'Primavera' - just stunning in its' execution.

Caught up with this - an impressive telling of a fascinating story.
