There's a mass exodus of people from Russia.

All the reservists are getting out of the way before they are called up.

For the sake of Russia and the world, some high ups in his country (if any with balls exist), need to pull their heads out of their arses and put a stop to this madness. Calling up reserves shows that he is both desperate and determined, he won't stop, so has to be stopped by those around him. Sure another mad bastard will likely be next in line, but if they aren't delusional, then that would be a bonus.
