But those are the important ones that Putin needs to keep insulated from the war. Drafting from there isn't going to go down well.

Most of the cannon fodder currently in Ukraine comes from further east.

In other news, the secret part of Putin's mobilisation plan allows up to 1 million people to be called up.

Presumably they'll be armed with pitchforks & pointy sticks.

interesting fact: back in day, they used to send criminals to northern ireland to be soldiers instead of some prison sentence's in england, scotland or wales.

putin could start doing this or just emptying his prisons.

I meant insulated from the consequences.

But yes, apparently none of the paperwork mentions 'partial' anywhere. Just mobilisation.

yeah but a bit different sending people arrested for something else it would be us like sending republican sympathisers to northern ireland
