2.7 A lot happens, really, and yet somehow very little (what became of Chrissy?) Jonathan takes a dive and tries to fob his mother off by claiming everyone else in his family is awesome. He clearly doesn't know them very well.

2.8 The attempted crossover, Jordan takes a really long time to work out his brother's motivation (though still quicker than their parents), Chrissy, John Henry and his daughter suddenly reappear after several weeks, and Lois' dad takes several dives. Going well, then.

2.9 Another one with about twice as much action as I might have come to expect from similar genre shows. Even with Superman AWOL for a week, there's the mayoral election, John Henry's family matters, Jordan becoming more and more super, and so on and so on.

2.10 Bizarro earth, or Htrae perhaps, which took quite a while to play itself out. Nice to see Anderson seek redemption, but clearly a lot of ground left to cover with 1/3 of the series left to go.

2.11 Some good biffing going on. I did note Lana was among the empowered last week, which I took at the time as a chance for a bit of range, but I realise now that it's a novel fallback for her character winning the mayoralty (good thing no-one at the mid-terms tried that one). I was expecting this episode to end with Lana being confronted by her doppelganger, but no, they went their own way.

2.12 So I was wrong and alt-Lana was sent packing back to alt-Earth. Somewhat humdrum, despite some teenage larks in the mines, half-hearted attempts to destroy the pendant, brief Ally antics, and a low-key ending with Sarah doing a song in a bar.

2.13 Ally gets more powerful, Lucy the dipstick totally refuses to realise there's any problem, Jordan gets to fly, and JH bonds with his daughter.
