You know, I think the camera men do not understand the frames and boundaries the youth protection laws set. A reflection in that blurry mirror is completely fine by law but they get a panic attack over nothing at all.

First they announce their two for one and now Joy is off. What a lame excuse for a show. Welcome 2023.

Well, it's actually hard to know what is allowed and what not. And I think this is the reason why they changed their policies constantly over the last 10 years. They don't know it themselves.
There is no catalogue with a list of things that are forbidden or allowed. The law is quite obscure, just stating "No hardcore porn on TV". But what is "hc porn"? In Germany some movies with real sex are rated 16, because of art. On the other hand: In the early 2010s some youth protectors wanted to get censored porn movies off the TV, because they thought that they were still porn, even if you see nothing.

Other than most countries, Germany's ratings and Youth Protection is about context. Other countries have those catalogues. Both has advantages and disadvantages.

In the case of the blurry mirror, I am on your side. It's ridiculous that they always try to not show it, if a girl does doggy.

As I said, they use it to tease calls. I think we will see this 241 very very late in the show.

The reason I am able to and have the time to write this much, is that the show indeed lacks energy and risky scenes like last night.

Thanks for your post. Dont businesses need to have a Jugendschutzbeauftragten? They must know and could always ask the respective Schutzanstalten. But still the blurry mirror is definitely not a problem. They are way more careful than they have to be and should be.

Yes, TV stations must have one. It's an obligation by law.

But either BS24 doesn't have one or he/she is incompetent.

The "Jugendschutzbeauftragter" was created for exactly these situations.

In my very long first post here, in which I explained a lot of things about Germany and Censorhip, I brought up the "Jugendschutzbeauftragter", too. Back then I was convinced that BS24 has one and therefore knows what they are doing... I am not convinced anymore.

She was sucking on one of those bent looking dildos for a period of time but was put out of site when not in use. I only watched for a short period so not sure what happened later in the show but I dealt it got any hotter.

I used Premiere Pro to edit and clean and then handbrake to re-code
