For me Bella Mendez should of been the Ultimate Babe just edgeing out Bella Baby in the Final but i can't have it my way one day i will i ain't begging for it or anything lol.

New Year's Eve on the channels.....they're determined to make sure your last hard on of 2022 didn't happen on their watch!

2022 was a mixed year. S66 closed down but BS celebrated their 20th birthday.

I hope in 2023 BS & XP continue to prosper, be more creative with their content and give us more VFM.

My fear is that they'll try to introduce more gimmicks like gold shows, merchandise, NFTs and paying for PMs.

Well this year we’ve started making moves to add a podcast which will get going properly in the new year and a new, interactive little feature called, The Friday Show.

Gold shows aren't a gimmick. Streamate have been doing them for over 10 years. Babestation were merely trying to implement something which has proven to be a good idea elsewhere. It's actually the opposite of a gimmick, because when used properly gold shows are a genuinely good service.

There is a Gold Show thread on the forum where I sing the praises of it on SM.

BS took the idea and turned it into a gimmick by only making tips count towards it.

They also failed to explain and market the GS process internally and externally.


BS should take the Gold Menu from SM.

It could be a hit with punters that are always begging for stuff in the chatbox.

But don't want to pay to take a babe into private to see their feet, stockings, heels, boots etc.

If you're suggesting that buzzes should count that was always a non-starter. The essence of gold shows has always been that contributions are refunded if the show doesn't takes place. Since a buzz can't be undone and therefore can't be refunded they were never going to count towards a gold show goal.

Well that's not true. A buzz can't be undone but the credits can still be refunded.

This is the big mistake Bs made when they switched from explicit fta tip goals to gold shows. If they'd allowed buzzes to count from the start, when punters were used to buzzing for explicit shows and the hunger for them was there, I suspect virtually every gold show target would have been met and the whole thing would've taken off in a big way.

If occasionally some buzzes had to be refunded, so what? It hasn't actually cost Bs anything any more than refunding the tips that weren't buzzes. It just means a few punters got a free buzz. But that goes against the mindset that punters can't get anything for free. Which is stupid considering the amount of buzz for buzz offers they regularly do.

They weren't looking at the bigger picture. It's called 'Speculate to Accumulate'.

Another thing they didn't take into account is that sitting waiting for a timer counting down for 20 or 30mins is just fucking boring. At least the buzzes are creating entertainment along the way and helping to keep the punters hooked.

I certainly don't think gold shows were a gimmick. Merchandise and NFTs weren't gimmicks either. I'd describe them as spin offs not gimmicks.
